I heard 25 for here tonight, so lucky me. lol I can't stand turtle necks, long sleeves, jackets, gloves, etc. It drives me crazy, and I usually go without, unless I absolutely need one.

no long sleeves? you're nuts - well I spose it wouldnt be so bad if you drive to work or school everyday, but i unfortunately, for now anyway, have to walk 20 minutes to class every morning.

Ya, I'm only in the cold for about one minute. Twenty would really suck. I think I'd have to wear a jacket then.
