Why aren't street "encounters" allowed on the forum?

Moving to 'Testing, Site Feedback, etc.' section, and locking . . . . but will leave a link for a few hours.
TMS is not the 'type' of site that wants to advocate street racing, or support the actions of those that street race. Not judging those that do, but as a website we won't promote it.
