Lets use this area to bounce ideas off one another to make the timeslip sections as good as possible.

First question to the participants.

How is it prefferred to handle the timeslips once the list gets large? Should the times be capped at the top 20? 30? Should only the best time of each member be posted or multiple timeslips?

I'd personally keep the list as big as possible, but limit each member's best times

The second issue

If someone posts a timeslip of their car but someone else is driving, should the timeslip be allowed?

I personally think so, but I would put a * next to the name and indicate someone else drove

I'm interested in everyone's constructive feedback and any other issues.

In the event of the same 1/4 mile time, the MPH is the next tiebreaker. If you have the same 1/4 time and trap speed, the next spot goes to the first one to paypal me beer money (j/k, we'll figure that out when it happens)

I say allow the time if someone else drove it, just indicate it wasnt driven by the member. And the times should be only the fastest time of that member. If they run a faster time than before, delete their old time and put up the new one, this will save alot of space.

So what is it going to be top 15?

Getting my 4.10's installed and taking it to the track next wed with the DR's! Hoping to get somewhere near the 12.99's (LVMS is 2100ft so it might be difficult)!

One more question, I would assume that you need to have the timeslip scanned to be able to have the title of _ fastest 05 on TMS?

Justin,

A scan of a timeslip is needed to get on that list. There were a few timeslips that were lost when the last backup was lost. I had an old list saved so I put it back up without asking for timeslip reposts.
