I understand that at times, choosing the correct forum in which to make your post can be a lot like those annoying "choose the most correct" multiple choice questions on SATs, but our moderating team does their best to ensure that threads are posted in the most appropriate location.

With a forum like TMS' where the 2005-2008 section is by far the most utilized one, it is a challenge to determine the best way to breakdown the subforums. In fact, we have asked our members several times to suggest which organizational structure would be best. And while I recognize that the one in place isn't perfect, it works pretty well most of the time.

Having said that, there have been numerous complaints regarding moved topics. Moderators will continue to ensure that topics are in their correct locations, but moderators will not begin issuing PMs or emails each time a topic is moved to a different section.

If you feel that the subsection breakdown is the issue, please feel free to post your recommended 2005-2008 Mustang subsection list here.

If you feel that there is another problem that needs to be addressed, please email or PM me.

Brad,
I personally would like for the threads specifically related to error codes or MIL's be allowed to stay in the tech forum. I am not being lazy but I cannot stand switching back and forth. Only my opinion but I hope it is enough. Thank you,
Derek

As mentioned in "another" forum, any issues related to performance parts should be kept in the tech section. These issues will generally be performance/tech related, therefore their home should be there. Just my .02.....

I don't think its an unreasonable request to move that error code thread back to GT tech and performance, so I did http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?showtopic=44838

If anyone feels that their thread has been moved in error, or thinks it could be in a better spot, the best thing to do is PM a moderator or admin who is online at the time. If the request is reasonable, I see no problem moving it somewhere else, and I have done so in the past at request.

I think if there's a problem related to an aftermarket part, it should stay in the GT tech forum. To me the issues forum is more for like warranty type problems.
