third brake light stays on

third brake light stays on

My 2016 convertible ecoboost third brake light stays on.
I tried to open and close the trunk all three ways and the light still stays on.
Any suggestions?

2016 should still be under warranty unless you've exceeded the mileage limit. I'd have the dealer look into it.
