Locking Threads
The admins might want to be a little less itchy on the trigger when it comes to locking threads. Doing it so quickly loses the chance for the participants in the thread to tie up loose ends.
Unless a thread's devolved to "you're rubber, I'm glue" maybe consider letting them work themselves out.

I apologize that you find it annoying, but we wish to keep this forum running as smoothly as possible and honestly, petty bickering like what you are referring to is quite annoying to me as well as other members who contact the staff and myself anonymously.
Also feel free to contact me direction via PM to further discuss any issues or concerns you may have.

You know what, I have half a mind to lock this.
Wait, I cant. Too bad. Whatever, as others have pointed out, PM is the best way to handle loose ends, and if your rubbernecking the thread, just to see the insults being thrown, there is much more interesting material to be read in the forums.
