Performance Trilogy on CD. I have to remove the video from the club's site, so I'm offering it on CD. Would you rather have it sent in a paper sleeve or pay $5 more to have it sent in a jewel case? What do you think is a fair price for the CD?

Make it a compilation cd with the video and stills (highrez) of the car
I'd pay 15 for that.

Brad, if you are going to use Cafepress to make this, they have some strict "rules" involving copyright/trademark issues--if you use a vehicle photo or photo-realistic art work, they may require you to submit a release letter from the vehicle manufacturer.
Check out their copyright/trademark section. Here's something from it:
NO pictures or photographs of products (such as automobiles or toys). Even if you own a product, trademark laws still prohibit you from selling merchandise featuring pictures of it. For example, you cannot take a picture of your car and then sell t-shirts or mugs with that picture.

but yeah I hadn't thought of that..blip is right..they would freak on you in a minute...even if the price was just to cover your cost in making the disc.
darn you blip and your morals! heheh j/k bro

Ahh heck there goes my T-SHirt design to!
well I guess I'm outta this one. Hey blip draw up a great tune and I'll photoshop it a bit with some color and such
I think this is more of a Cafepress "rule," other printers may not be so limiting. You can get a release for the OEM to use your own pictures of cars and cafepress will accept that. To use trademarked names and logos, I think, requires a licensing agreement -- don't know how hard that would be to get from Ford. (I just started checking into that to see how it could effect my artwork.)
I have a little leeway in that I'm doing "original" artwork, I just have to walk a fine line with trademarked logos and names. Wicked Art does designs like mine, but has stopped selling them to U.S. customers because of legal troubles. As long as I just do commissioned work, not mass market, my stuff seems to be okay.
