It's beyond acceptable for the header:



To be moving up and down as the advertisement banner above it figure itself out. More than once I was heading to click 'New Posts' when *Tada!* the banner pops into its place, and off I go to... wherever. And the cookie crumbs with it...



Fix it, please? Make the banners a known size, and keep them there, or find a new advertiser what will? OTHER sites don't have this issue, why does this fine one?
