Hi there,
Even though I have been off and on this forum for the last little while, I thought I would introduce myself and my mustangs.
I have got a 2005 Mustang GT and a 1985 Mustang GT. I have had the 85 since 1990 and while it is still in decent shape and is a good driver, I am planning on refreshing the car over the next 5 years or so (i.e. new paint, crate motor, reupholstered seats etc.). It currently is lowered, has full exhaust (headers, off road H, Flowmasters), B and M short shifter, Mac pullies and a Grant steering wheel.
I bought my 05 with only about 16,000 kms 3 years ago and it was completely stock then. It now has about 26,000 kms and I have slowly modified it over time and hoping to put a Saleen Supershaker supercharger in it over the next little while. Just waiting for a good sale on one. I have got JBA headers, Pypes off road H, American Thunder Flowmaster axlebacks, Hurst shifter, GT500 rear spoiler, American Racing Shelby Razors, Roush front grille, powder coated valve covers, JLT oil separator, miscellaneous SHR interior upgrades and Shelby sill plates.
I am just in the process of finishing up my install of the Redline E brake and shifter boots. Next will be to install the canton coolant/power steering reservoirs and Moroso fuse box and brake cylinder covers. Just had all of these products powder coated black. Also have a Cervinis GT500 style chin spoiler to install. Also have these new black "GT" fender emblems from UPR to put on as well.
Anyways here are some pics of Rocky (silver 85) and the Green Monster (legend lime 05). I have found everyone on this forum has been extremely helpful with information about modifications.
