New guy from Mass
hi guys - I'm a new (to me) S197 Mustang owner - I recently bought a one owner 07 Shelby GT500 with 9,225 miles on it. After driving it down to close to empty I also realized that I have one of the cars with the dreaded SLOW GAS FILL problems - so I guess that's my first project. Let the games begin....

Hey there, Dave. Congrats on finding such a low mile "07" Shelby GT500 with only 9,225 miles and being a one owner car. I'm sure the original owner took immaculate care of her from the image you posted. In the meantime, I hope you'll enjoy your new ride for many great years to come. Thanks for sharing and welcome to TMS

Congrats and welcome to this site.
If you have any questions feel free to ask.
I work on (and occasionally drive) my wife's 656 rwhp '08 GT500 and I have a few friends around here that know a lot more about them
As far as the slow fill problem, some guys have found it works pretty good to simply flip the gas pump nozzle upside down and all of a sudden it works!
Try that and see what happens
