Just got 1st mustang

I just picked up my first mustang today. My wife has always wanted one so I gave in and got this beauty. I won the fight for the 5.0 but lost the fight to get the 6MT so it is a automatic. I got a 2014 Ruby Red 5.0 with the FP8 appearance package. Went the first day and got a muffler delete until I can afford the Borla type-s.

I did the same thing with the muffler deletes lol. They'll get old fast, trust me. Go with the Solo Catback...much better to do a full exhaust versus just axlebacks and the Borlas have been hit or miss on quality lately. I have the Solo catback now, and it is amazing!

HaHa I will see what I can do for you. The muffler delete is starting to drone a little too much for my taste at 70 mph. I have also been looking at the GT 500 mufflers and adding a H or X pipe. It seemed to sound really good on youtube. But then again youtube can be decieving.

Yep the drone drove me nuts. What kind of exhaust are you used to? A lot of guys on here do the GT500s and then switch to something more aggressive. I really think you'd like the Solo. It is the perfect Mustang exhaust for me. Mid muffler, OEM sounding with a louuuuud WOT note, 3" catback, etc.

This. I have the first Solo quad tip GT catback in existence right now. We're still working on the tips. I should have their first dual 4" tips sometime next week. They did dual 3.5" first, which look nice, but not beefy enough.

Solo Performance. They're a tiny shop in Ontario Canada. Check my threads, I posted some videos...
