Toronto owners - Solo Performance needs your help!
Hi all!
I contacted Solo Performance because I was interested in their catback for my 2014 GT - the thing is, I wanted to do the quad tip conversion on mine and they only offer the single tip...they offered me some incredible pricing on the catback if I was willing to help them with the R&D. Unfortunately I'm in California though.
So, they asked if I could ask around and see if anyone would be willing to drop by for a test fitting of their catback with dual 4" quad tips - they promised they would make it very worth your while.
Obviously this isn't limited to just Toronto owners, so if someone from any surrounding area is interested, please shoot me a PM and I'll get you in contact with them.
Thanks!

Here's a soundclip of their single tip catback on a 2014 GT:

The Solo catback is super unique for a couple reasons:
1) It's a mid-muffler design (my favorite!) but with only one muffler taking the place of the H/X-pipe - kinda like a Mac Prochamber. The tubes crossover in an X pattern internally, but the muffler is packed with fiberglass and steel wool.
2) The axleback portion is tunable - they are called J-pipes, and they're similar to the Boss side pipes - you lengthen or shorten the tubes to tune out any drone. From the testimonials of the few owners who have gone with Solo, there is ZERO drone with this setup. It's loud and muscular at WOT, but super quiet in the cabin at cruise.
I initially emailed their "contact us" email and the owner of the company, Jeff, called me directly to talk about my interest and see if we could work together on the R&D. You don't get that kind of personal attention from the big names. The sound of the Solo catback sold me enough, but Jeff taking the time to work directly with a potential customer was just icing on the cake. They always said Canadians were nice haha!
I hope someone jumps on this. I really would like to have the quad tip Solo on my car soon. They'd only need your car for a day to mock the tips up. I can't say exactly what Jeff has in store to give thanks, but again he said he'd make it worth your time!
