You just reminded me of a girl I saw on "pimp my ride". They redid her 68 Mustang and made it real sweet. She ran over and put her hand on the quarter panel to "hop" over the hood of the car to the other side. Not only did she put a dent and scratch in the car, she didn't notice or care. All the guys were looking at her going "you nut case, after all our work :bang:". Then after they show her showing it off too her friends. She was still treating it as if it was the old beater. I give the car 1 month before it is trashed.

I hope you take better care of the car you have. Seats are on the inside of it for a reason

 

I hate to say it Nichole, but I agree with these guys 100% as well. I think you should get what you like. But for me, It's Bullitts All the Way too!

Geesh, not only do I have the machined wheels, but someone asked if I was a girl since I had heated seats. I think I might start developing a complex.

 

Nichole, I'm glad that you got what you wanted. Did the dealer take your old Bullitts in exchange for the upgrades or did you keep them?

I like your taste in cars and colors. I prefer the Bullitt wheels myself, but to each his own. Enjoy your wheels... and that awesome ride!

 

Nichole's comment about the machined wheels being feminine could fill up a thread on it's own! I thought it was funny, yet provacative.

The numbskull that implied that you're feminine for having heated seats doesn't appreciate the value of simple creature comforts. He's probably just jealous and this is how his primitive brain decided to show it. Yet he'd be the first to complain if he had to sit on ice-cold leather seats in the wintertime! On a personal note, I don't think you can have too many comforts and conveniences.

 

Yeah, I was not offended. Heck my plate says LPH ALOT. So I am usually finding humor in something.

 

Let me set something straight...
When I said they were feminine, I meant that females tend to prefer them...not that someone who has them is feminine.

 

No dealership pretty much screwed me with both of them. I'm selling the bullitts on eBay as we speak.

My BMW had heated seats, and I loved it! Call me whatever, but my tush was always warm when I had them.

 

How can you stand ice on "your baby"? Mines parked away in the garage. Hard to leave her there, but she's sensitive and only likes sunny, dry roads with not salt.

 

That mustang is cold and shivering- I demand you deliver her down to Dixie immediately to warm up!
