Hello, all. First post for me. Been lurking here for a few months (thanks for all the help, by the way!). Well, today I went to Harris Ford to pick up my Sonic Blue GT. Unfortunately, there were two snags, one which probably caused the other. It looks as though some... person left the window cracked open while they were washing it and got some water in the passenger side floorboard. 
This led to the junction box for the alarm system getting some water on it which shorted out the relay for the remote keyless entry (but all other functions work :scratch: ). So, right now they're drying out the floorboard and overnighting a new junction box. Should be ready by lunch tomorrow, so I will post pics then. Been waiting for a while, one more day won't kill me. It'll just feel like it... :bang:
Funny thing, a Mustang GT. The dealership said that they had kept it hidden in the back of the lot so people wouldn't swarm it. It hadn't even been test driven (7 miles on the odometer!
) Forget the customers lusting after it, the dealership employees were lusting after it! It seems to be the only one in the area. Every one on the dealer lot and every one I've seen on the road is a V6.
So, thanks, members of TMS. You guys and the other helpful folks on StangNet helped me in deciding on this purchase, and I am well and truly pleased. I was worried, this is my first high-performance car and my first Ford. However, I think this is the start of a VERY beautiful relationship. I anticipate many joyful miles ahead. See you on "the road ahead..."

Hope you like the Car - I ordered a SONIC BLUE GT from Harris on 1/3 . I was told june 05 so I bought one in Olympia on 2/26- and cancelled the order at Harris on the following Monday.... DID you also Order a SONIC blue from HARRIS ford? IF NOT then thats the car I orginally ordered!!!

No, I ordered mine through Military Overseas Sales way back last year and had it delivered to Harris. It's been sitting there waiting, and now I'm able to pick it up.

Hey everyone - bare with me on postint a photo - i'm a little new at this. We received our Mustang last Thursday. Let me tell you it's hard staying home. This is my first Mustang and definitely not my last. I don't have a picture of me with the car - although I actually bought it for my wife. Even though she was unavailable to pose I took a picture with my other baby as well. My custom motorcycle.

After I told the fleet director I would love to see the sonic blue before ordering it and the whole time there was one sitting in the back!!! thats too funny..... They never even let me look at it!
