Hi everyone,
my Name ist Christian, I am 40 years old and I live in the South of Germany.
5 Day´s ago i bought my first American car and it turned out to be a Mustang, a real Bullitt in fact. Completly original, only 23.000 km (it´s the Canadian version) and in Dark Highland Green (and which other colour should match to a bullitt ?).
A real dream to ride, but I got some problems with the German authorities to get the car on the road :bang: . But I´ll get these things done, for sure. I will never sell this car again ! Similar as Charlton Heston said: "You can have the key to my car when You pry it from my cold, dead body"
I spotted this site a while ago and rated it as the second best Mustang page ever.
The best (for me) is Dr-Mustang.com. A fansite for old and new Mustangs from 64 to 05 for the fans and owners of Mustangs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and other countries in the EU, but we also have some US Soldiers on our site, doing their job here in Germany, and our community is lot bigger then some of You may presume. You´re welcome to visit the page.
Now a short question: Where can I find the Bullitt Identification Number of the car? It´s hard to get some information about a car that is so rar, especially here in Germany where there are, as far as I know, only 2 Bullitts present on the roads.
Best wishes to all of you and please excuse my bad (American)English.

Welcome to the site Christian
There should be numbering or documentation for your Bullitt that come with the car. There should also be a holographic oval decal with the number on it.
If not you can use the Vehicle Identification Number and contact Ford Motor Company themselves for some the information on your car.
You can also contact the International Bullitt Mustang Owners Club. IBMOC

Pop the hood and look to your right. There is a hologram on the driver's side shock tower. That is your Bullitt's number.
May I suggest going to www.imboc.com (International Mustang Bullitt Owners Club) and www.bullittarchive.com (this will give you any and all info you need or want to know about your car). They are both EXCELLENT resources.
Welcome to the site, and congrats on the new car!
P.S. Your English is very good by the way, far better than some here who have it as a first language.

There's a second decal under the rear seat, because sometime the one under the hood gets ruined by engine bay cleanings. As suggested, visiting www.imboc.com should be very helpful. I used to own an 01 Bullitt (True Blue #2371). Good luck with yours.

The Pages you´ve mentioned are already familiar to me but thank you.
And thanks to all the others for the warm welcome here on board.
Best regards
