How Did You Find TMS

I was introduced to TheMustangSource by a fellow member of The First State Mustang & Ford Club who also happens to be our web master. I am looking forward to being a part of this great community.

I just wanted to get involved and talk about cars. I looked up SN95 forums, The Mustang Source came up. I looked at some other Mustang forums, but their format isn't as good. I decided to join here.

Honestly? I'm a major Mustang noob. Never had one before or even experienced a V6 before last Monday. I've become very protective over it and I need to expand my knowledge. That's why I plan on sticking around here
But all in all, it was Google that lead me to TMS.

Found you not to long ago. Fished around the Internet, but chose TMS because of the name. I've owned various mustangs over the last 38 yrs. (I'm 59) I was looking for a good community and help. I found both. Thanks

I was surfing for some info on the Sync 3 updates for Carplay and TMS popped up with some solid info and downloads. I just got a 2016 e-boost and my past experiences has taught me that a good forum can save time, headaches and money.

I was google searching for a base HU upgrade to shaker HU and found a thread by SilverHorseRacing that was very helpful.
Used to drive a convertible 1969 straight six 200 with header and split pipes...now 3 kids and 17 years later I just got a 2014 convertible base (non-synch) V6 and am looking to add Bluetooth phone through the car's speaker system. Great to be back in a Mustang and would love any suggestions.
thanks,
Phil

found tms
Hello everyone. Was just looking at mustang info and saw the link. I am learning to use these threads,so i expect some mistakes. Just posted a few pics of my car. Interestingly i noted a running theme, that ford has fit and finish problems. I found a few but that never entered my mind as to buy or not. Been mustang fan for many years. Was looking at different vehicles but knew that the mustang would be my choice. Hope this will be a good learning experience.

Found TMS because I was searching for help on problems
I have a few issues with my Mustang and when I started searching for help many of the searches point to TMS. The forums offer a lot in that area.

Hey everyone this is my first time in a forum. My name is Binky. I have a 98 3.8l mustang that I am getting ready to do a 4.6l swap out of a 99 Gt. The 99 4.6l is the PI engine. This is where I need some help. I also have a 4.6l 4 valve aluminum block out of a 95 Lincoln mark 8. Obviously the 4.6l out of the 95 Lincoln isn't a PI Engine. Will the 4 valve heads off the 95 4.6l NPI Lincoln mark 8 engine work on my 99 4.6l PI engine?

I was looking for information on the 2018 GT and this poppedup. I have always wanted a Mustang and in 2013 the Boss (wife) gave mepermission to buy. I got a 2013 Mustang coupe, V-6 premium in race red. 2014the fever hit me again and this time I got a 2014 Mustang coupe, V-6 premium inrace red, but this one was a convertible. Now here it is the middle of 2017 andI am waiting for the 2018 to come out, but this time it will be a GT premiumrace red convertible that comes home with me.
