I found this site a loooooong time ago in 2004. I think it just started then. I think it was google. I actually used to be a moderator before I left and joined the navy.

I have stumbled across this site several times in trying to find information in relation to the 2012 BOSS 302 I own. Most recently, I have been looking on how to purchase the Boss 302S hood and the topic has appeared on this site a few times. I have been meaning to register for sometime and today was the day.
I have been a Mustang/Shelby fan since I was a young teenager. I have owned a 65 2+2 fastback which I restored and sold as a downpayment on a 68 Shelby GT 350, (probably the most reliable car I ever owned). After 24 years of ownership, sold it to help look after a growing family. The bug however never left me and whenever I saw a Shelby, I could not wait to get one again. After owning some beautiful BMW's and then what seemed like a Retro come back, I purchased the 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT 500 edition for Canada. Fantastic car, and then one day I saw the BOSS 302 at a Ford Dealership. Ford Canada would not allow you to order one in 2011 so mine came from Texas through our dealership. It is the competition orange with black stripes and # 0136. It was a bit of a set back going from the luxuries of BMW's and the Challenger to absolutely nothing except power windows and air conditioning, but the fun and handling of this machine quickly made those luxury thoughts disappear.
There we're a few minor add-ons that I did to satisfy my personal taste. I added the side window louvers; fog lights ( a must here in the Vancouver Lower Mainland); HID Lights; the Lugauna gauge pack; hood shocks; custom BOSS 302 Floor and Trunk mats and last but not least, the TRACK KEY. (The delay in the release of the track key had me almost return the car to Ford after having to wait 6 months for release.)
Anyway, will once again be partipating with this at the Roush Track Day event in July of this year and see if I can improve my abilities from last year. I will also check out the 1/4 mile times on mine later this year and follow up with Track Day in Salt Lake in September. Well, perhaps a long winded introduction, but I am glad to be with a group of Mustang enthusiasts.
