Helll I’m new to this have a question

I’m looking into replacing my stock gears in my 2012 5.0 mustang with the 3.73 gears. Anybody know if it’s worth it or not? I’m honestly just trying to get better mpg, I have a Bama tuner after market 20” wheels and exhaust and a cold air intake. Thoughts?

Boy, you are new
3.73 will lower your MPGs
Best way to increase MPGs is drive like a Grandma.
If you have an auto tranny, 3.73s will really drop the MPGs

With 373s being longer geared would I not get better mileage?
