New member and have a question

So, I have a 2011 v6 mustang that I received from my wife this past Christmas that I want to lower. I bought all the parts and went to a speed shop in my area to get a quote on labor. The quote I got was for $1000. The parts are as follows: shocks, struts, new strut mounts, springs, bump stops, adjustable pan hard bar, camber bolts, steeda bumpsteer kit, steeds ball joint kit, front and rear stay bars, and strut tower brace. So my question is whether $1000 is a fair price. That does not count alignment.

For the parts you listed? Most shops charge around $85 per hour for labor. If the job takes roughly between 4-5 hours? you're looking at approx $340-$425, not including taxes. Therefore I would suggest finding out what the labor rates are from your local speed shop and decide as to whether or not there providing you with a fair price
