Thanks for all of your nice responses, and for all of the help that everyone has given me towards getting the car. Again, if anyone has any questions or requests, let me know...

Nice car,

I have the same car without the active theif system. So far, I really like the car and the color combo.

I will have a set of red/maroon stripes painted on soon...

The deal I got was so-so, but the turnaround time was awesome, about 10 weeks, (including the IUP and Active Alarm fiascos). I would rate them a 4 (out of 5) for sale and post-sale and a 2 out of 5 for pre-sale service. Overall, 3: nothing special here. The fleet manager I bought from had no flare or interest in my deal or my car.

"Would not recommend" based on the excellent service I have heard of others getting from dealers who post on TMS. The dealership will remain nameless for that reason. At this point I don't want to give them any advertising, but don't want to loose them any business either.

I'll PM you with more.
Excellent service on the sale, poor service after. Sounds like Galpin, and I think the pic below proves it.

Look at the license plate frame on the Explorer on the right.

Beautiful car! The red and silver combo is gorgeous. I'm sure you don't need to be told to enjoy yourself. It would be hard not to.

VERY good guess...but wrong. I wouldn't care about bad mouthing Galpin - they are huge. So huge that it seems like half of the Fords in LA have Galpin license plate frames!
