Just take a look at the size of that ANTENNA
Its HUGGGGE

First thing...pick car up
Second thing...drive car home.
Third thing...cut friggin antenna down

I cut mine and reception still rocks. My favorite station is 50+ miles away and I listen with no problems.

still not sure how I feel about the outward angled taillights....I think I like the 99-04 rear better because it looks stalkier, but we'll see.

I have owned my car for 4 years and have only used the radio once and that was in the lot just to see if it worked. I'm taking 2005 to a body shop and having the antenna hole filled and smoothed.

As for the antenna..not in our area dan...i mean all you need is 102.1 anyway right?

mine is uber short too....
And I still get great reception.

It's not telescopic. You'll have to unscrew it if you don't want it to be seen.

Yeah i sometimes listen to it, but not alot. I could love without it.
If I unscrewed it, Would I get zero reception, or some local stations only?
