Convertible Top malfunction

I have a 2000 Mustang GT Convertible. I've never had a problem lowering or raising the convertible top. Yesterday like always the top retracted without a problem. When I arrived home and went to put the top up I had no reaction when I pushed the electric switch. I checked the fuses and all checked out to be fine.

My questions:
What are the possible causes of this failure?

Can I manually raise the roof mechanism? Where is the location of the roof locking mechanism so I can disengage it?
Thank you,

STILL NO POWER TO THE CONVERTIBLE TOP MOTOR, will locate motor to see if wire disconnected. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the site.

Sounds electrical. probably lost a connection somewhere if it worked fine then all of a sudden you don't have anything. I don;t know the first place to look other than the switch and fusebox. someone with more experience then me can hopefully help you out.
