I've had my 30 gig Zune for almost a year now with a few problems here & there. Well i got an update for the market place and it said i need to put in the parent account name & password. I've tried every email me and my parents have with no luck. called ZUne support and all i got was a guy that could hardly talk English and i sadly hung up on him is was so furious. any idea's on what i could do?

 

like i-tunes does it have a window that opens whe you sync it to get to differnt areas

 

i understand not remembering the login/pw but...

what is it even for? I've had my zune for a few months and i have no clue what you're talking about

 

the marketplace where you buy songs? i got an update for it and now it wont let me login and when i click sign in..an internet explorer windows pops up and tells me i need the parent account email & password. i think it only has the parent account if your under 18 though
