And yes, the 5.0 Coyote is a different firing order: 1-5-4-8-6-3-7-2. The pulses (when facing the exhaust pipes at the rear) are: RLRLLRLR.
However, once the engine is running, you still have the same R/L pulses. #1 becomes irrelevant once the crank is turning. Notice the 5.0 Coyote's pulses when beginning with #8: RRL-RLL-RL.
Same as the 4.6 in terms of exhaust notes coming from each bank.
So why wouldn't the sound - esp w/cam - be the same??

Still would take the 5.0! You get 21 extra cubic inches to play with over the 4.6 motor and less back talk because there is no woman around to attempt to stop me! So 5.0, thumbs up, 4.6 and women problems get the thumb down!

Lol .... they're possibly worse to see out of, if not the same.
I've never been in a Camaro, I can't get past the horrible interior enough to actually contort myself inside one, but I've sat in Chally's and seeing out of them is no treat.

I ended up with the best "compromise" of power, comfort, affordability, mod-ability, and safety, not necessarily in any order.
My GF's ex-husband had a Chally SRT8 6-speed and they hated how hard it was to see out of it.
Being on Dodge websites, I've seen Chally owners complain about their car's winter-driving, some calling the car the worst one they'd ever driven in the snow, even with snow tires and stability control.
Never mind that you can't really mod them since the engine pistons are fragile, the connecting rods are fragile, the valve springs are weak, and parts are super-expensive.
Mustang/Camaro guys have it made when it comes to modding their cars ... parts are aplenty and affordable.
I actually kinda like the Camaro's exterior styling, I just HATE the interior design.

There's a dealership here that always has at least 4-6 of them...don't know where they get them all...they're the only dealership that has them consistently...but they're usually touching themselves on the pricing...
