Who doesn't use their turn signals?
To be honest, my body is so trained that I automatically use my turn-signals, often without even thinking about it. I don't know why anyone would claim that using their turn signals is a hassel. I actually have to consciously make an effort NOT to use my signals.
I always use my turn signals out of habit. My stepdad helped me to learn to drive, and started annoying me my tapping my right arm until I was properly signaling for everything. Lane changes, turning at intersections, and merging into traffic.
Here in SoCal I call it "ricer behavior" to not signal. The ricers (and to be fair, the soccer moms in their giant pig SUVs yapping on their phones) just move over without checking to see if anyone is there.
They are entitled. They own the road. The ricer is louder and "cooler" than you are. The soccer mom is bigger and more important than you are.
Both deserve respect and should not be faulted for taking what is rightfully theirs.
Stupid, stupid a**holes.

I have actually used mine while pulling out of my friends driveway. Her driveway is pretty long & we always turn around & pull out foward. I don't need to us it then it's just habit. If I don't use mine it's usually when I am truning onto the road I live on or turning into my driveway. If there are other cars around though I will use it then too. But I live in the middle of nowhere & 80% of the time there are no cars aound.
It's just as second nature for me as putting on my seatbelt. My friend grandmother would not even put the car in reverse unless everyone in the van was wearing their seatbelt.

Safe driving FTW.
I drive a courier van so I use my signals ALL the time to let people know what I'm doing. If I'm in an accident atleast they can't say I wasn't signaling. It's just a good habit people are just too lazy.
Using my turn signals is a habit so engrained in my brain that I use them whether other cars are around or not. Kinda the same as how I'll say excuse me when I burp even though no one else is in the room
Where I live it seems to be one of two extremes. Either people do not use their signals at all or they will leave them on all the way from here to Louisville!
