Filet Mignon, had one for dinner. Marinated with mustard and soy sauce.

I was visiting my Mom recently in Southern Pines, NC, and went to Beefeaters for dinner. I had the filet and was the BEST filet I've ever had! Seriously... it was perfection!!

Those are fine but Heinz 57. Come on man!

Plus not everyone gets the world class cuisine that you have in Norlins.

Nope. A few places here will do a sauce over a steak that's pretty good but steaksauce sucks. Garlic butter over blue cheese is goddamm excellent.

Just depends where it's from. At home I only season it and grill. Certain restaurants I go to just because of the way they cover a steak. Italian place out here does a filet then covers it in Gorgonzola cheese and broils it for a minute. It's fantastic.

That's a bit of an exaggeration, for dramatic effect I hope. I've had some damned good meals at Ruth's Chris.

Yeah I've had pretty good there too, Las Vegas and Atlanta. But the best restaurant steak I've ever had is at Denver Chop House. Aged just right.
