Just need a good product and a good location. Start off small and offer quality food. The only semi-Hawaiian restaurant I've been to was at Disney (Ohana) but was fantastic. Hope it works out.

L&L is Korean IIRC. the restuarant im at is more fine dining. Were right by the water too and Corpus is known as "The sparkling city by the sea" so it fits. The water is different but same concept. Just gotta do a lil research
