I learned that a website name can be patented and they can come after you if you own a domain name that is similar to the patented one.

Correct, he is a candy corn. Our daughter went through a phase where she was posing him in different hats

How old is he? He doesn't even have his eye color in those pics.

He was probably 5 months? His eyes are still that blue at 2 1/2
