gym today, got about halfway through my normal workout and just hit a wall. Finished out, but it was a struggle. I'll chalk it up to randomness.

I actually think it's that. Only this has lasted bout a week and a half. Must have been a big possum or a raccoon. Those are all over the place out here

Ah, I do govt contract work myself. Work for a company who builds test cells for jet engines. At tinker AFB in Oklahoma building one for the F35 engine.

Anyways did close to two hours of cardio today. Really trying to cut.

Just treadmill, bike and stair master today. Stair master is my enemy right now haha. want to move on to other more fun kinds later on and as it warms up. Just got a bicycle I'm cleaning up to ride for starters.
Me and the girlfriend are having a contest to see who can lose the most before spring break when we go to Galveston with out friends. I think I'll win haha. I know it sounds ridiculous that my goal is a "spring break bod" but what the heck. It is what it is

I wish I had space at home for a treadmill and a good bike, as I despise the ones at the gym. Would be nice to do cardio while watching my shows at night.
