Yea its hard but i mixed a few shakes with each meal and they were over 1k each. Protein mix blended with vanilla bean ice cre?, bananas, and milk instead of water. Thick but really tasty!
And yea its tought, but the hardest part is hust getting to the gym. Once youre there the rest is routine
Hell yeah! I'm the opposite. If I ate that many calories I'd be a balloon in a week.
