****ty deal though. If you drive your buddy around a lot in the winter see if hes feeling charitable.
The good news is that you might be alright for insurance, some insurance companies will give you a free pass on your first ticket. Also, most of them dont check their records very often (heard this from a friend in actuarial science), because it costs them a lot of time (money) to be pulling people up at random. so even if you dont get a free pass you might be alright as long as you dont change anything in your policy or give them any reason to look at it, not 100% sure on this part, but thats just what i heard.

at least
also look into seeing if your state lets you go to traffic school. you'll still pay the fine, but if you go to traffic school the ticket is not going to go on your record. Thats how it is here in CA at least, so look into your local laws and see what you can do.

Go to court and tell them you're unemployed and can't pay. Sometimes they'll reduce the fine or give you more time to pay. But if you never tell them they definitely won't do anything.
What a bummer. The job market in Michigan STINKS.

Needs to be more Astony
Any money is beter then no money and you don't have to stay in those jobs forever just until you find a guy who knows a guy that can get you a better one.

try an Applebees or some kind of nice restaurant....they will hire anyone with a reasonable personality and you get your money (cash tips) every night....no waiting for a paycheck.....that what I did 3 years ago in school and I made around $200 a week....it was better than nothing...

well i have to wait until jan 3rd to start my new job, 8.50 an hour bigtime cut in what i was making, but i think ill be able to survive with 55 hour weeks like i used to do, im hoping at least, there is an opening at the casino just north of me that i applied for that is 9.50 an hour as security and a raise after one month to 10.00 that will work as long as i get the hours i need...life got a lot harder when i lost my ex before this last girl here, she helped out by paying the house payment and i covered everything else..lost her, my job, my sanity for a while, now this happens, hopfully life turns around, i say its about time!
