ugh, i cant stand people who dont tie down their loads when hauling junk. some guy was infront of my wife hauling tree stumps and branches. and one fell of in front of her and she didnt have anywhere to go so she had to hit it. tore up the hood and front bumper pretty good. luckily she wasnt hurt and didnt do any real damage. of course the JA drove off and noone even stopped to check on her. so now i have to replace them. and was wondering if anyone had a 03-04 cobra fron bumper cover for sale. or seen somewhere cheap to get one. and also a factory hood with hoodscoop? any help would be appreciated,

thanks
nick

Keep this in mind,

you cannot use a stock hood with an 03/04 cobra bumper cover, the gaps are way off. You need a cobra hood for a proper fit.

Maybe the aftermarket has a solution, but keep that in mind

Actually, the 03-04 cobra bumper will work with the stock hood with very minor modification. The bumper looks very good with the stock GT hood. I should be able to get the bumper at cost for you if you are interested. Good Luck!

Sorry, it took so long to reply. My cost is $286.41. I would have to order it if you were interested. The top mounting location holes need to be redrilled about 1/8th of an inch behind the factory holes. The bumper covers up the original mounting holes so they are not at all noticeable. It looks completely stock. If you end up getting a bumper I will get you very specific details on the installation.

thanks for the info. im definitely interested. i meet with the insurance guy tomorrow to see exactly what they are giving me. how long will it take you to get the bumper, and also where are you located? ill have to figure some type of shipping charge into it unless you are pretty close to richmond va. also, can you see what you can get a stcok GT hood for? and do the parts come prepainted? or are they in the original black plastic finish?

Correct...that is Rob's car. Rob has told me about you Scothew (all good), it's a pleasure to meet you. Your Cobra is really nice. I helped him install the bumper and make the upper and lower billet grill for it (lower not in picture). A GT hood retails for 560.00 and my cost is $386.08. You might want to go with a fiberglass aftermarket hood. Cheaper price, better looks (depending on the hood) and weight reduction. All of the parts come in the factory black finish. I am located in Huntsville, AL. Also, I didn't figure in shipping. That's kind of cool, my mom is from Colonial Heights, VA. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

hey, sorry. just one more question. for the bumper. does it come with the cobra grill, and also does it come with the fog lights also? i checked with my friend that i bought the car from. he can get me the cobra hood for 350. but he cant get the bumper. the computers for some reason dont list it as being available. he said he would check on it for me. iam definitely coing with the hood from there. to order the bumper from you. i dont know how it would work. and can you find the shipping for me, or do i have to find that myself? i have never purchased anything from a person before
thanks

Sorry it took so long to post back. The bumper foglight inserts are about 10 bucks per side. I'm not sure of the overall size and weight of the bumper, so it is hard to say about the shipping. You might go to 5.0resto and or any other company and see how much shipping is from them to give you a rough estimate. Let me if there is anything I can do.

I was running 275/40/17 BFG dr's at the track. I would run them at 12psi at the track. Nittos i'd say between 15-18psi for track use would be around the right PSI.
