Too Many Running Processes

I' ve been trying to clean up my computer, but I still have too many running processes. I forget the name of a program I had used to check what the processes were... something with "it" at the ending I believe.

And who knows how to read one of those sheets? lol

well if you want to see what services are running, you can go to start > run > type in "services.msc" and it will bring up the services window and you can sort by there. If you want to screen shot it or get a listing of what you have in there, i'll take a look and see what you can disable/change.

I think it's better the first way... I just did the export thing, and I looked at the file... I became dizzy! Too many letters jumbled together

It's a mess lol
