Fell off the wagon immediately...
Don't feel bad April, I have been trying for over a year now!! It's the #1 hardest addiction to try and break! I can give up anything else, but smokes really have a grip on me

Its the Coffee......I can quit the rest of the day as long as I have one with coffee. No coffee and no morning smoke make me something something......

Tomorrow I plan to go clean out my other house to get it sold........in the middle of nowhere with closest stores 12 miles away.......that should do it.

You could try hypnosis, it worked for my dad in '85. He'd smoked for 25 years, but quit because I was a little kid - he didn't want me growing up with it. I'm so glad he chose that route.

He's never wanted a smoke since that day.
