So very sorry for you loss of your family member. Praying that the Lord will bring some peace in the midst of this sad time. They really are family. Again, so sorry for the pain.

 

We also have two other younger cats, a brother and sister. The girl hurt her foot yesterday somehow (she was not putting weight on a front paw). I determined one of her toes/paw pads was tender. It was no better today so I took her to the vet. He X-rayed her foot and she broke off a bone in a toe. So, she stayed there for surgery in the morning. My wife is out of town on business as well. The poor boy that is left here will cry if he can't find me. I call his name when he does and he comes to the room I'm in and is happy again. It occurred to me he has never been alone in his little 5 year life. He is going to be miserable until I bring his sister home tomorrow afternoon.

 

So sorry. It's so hard to lose your best friends.

Surgery went well, so I'll be leaving work in a few minutes to go pick her up and bring her home. It will be her first ride in the Corvair - I drove it to work today.

 

I'd say peaches has her imitation nailed down.

Lol ... well it was a joke all along ... I was about 5 feet away from them when I was holding the fork ...

 

My wife got her new kitten today...we named him Wasabi.

 

kittens are so cute. Now you need another one, and call it soy sauce! Just don't let them get mixed! If you know what I mean!

My wife is absolutely in love with her new kitten. I'm comforting and keeping the adult cats company so they don't feel misplaced.
