Well, I don't think Business Tax/Small Tax would be affected as much .. I think the personal tax would be flat .. But still good points. There are many ways to screw it up.

Uhm, maybe it varies from state to state, but here in CT, commutes ARE tax deductible. As are clothes if they are required wear for your place of business.

For state or Federal Income? Many states allow deductions that Federal doesn't.
