I am taking my yellow banana to the beach and getting drunk on pina coladas and fizzy margaritas.

 

All is not lost........
I will still get my grey brick mcmansion.
BUT argh. I wanna sleep so I can continue this cool dream I have been having all week(when I do sleep)

Ok Fine:
As it stands this morning- the house is ours(going through Remaxes chosen finance company) IF we come up with 10%-which is roughly 17 grand-even my diamonds and washburn classic wouldn't bring 17,000-hades, Eleanor was only 18,000 and I financed her. The ole bait and switch- come in with zero down, get screwed when you sign the contract. :notnice: Our friends are also getting the screw around.
However, we are exploring other financing means. And the house will be ours come hades or high water.
