I also had one of these laying around
I found it at a junkyard and promptly pulled it off of the tree service truck it was on
I finally started playing with it and wiring it and all. The original wiring was shot and there was a blown up terminal stud thingy inside. So I used copper wire with insulation and used wires isntead of studs in the inside of the unit. For power I spliced and old phone AC adapter 10.2v (the light is designed for 12v) and hard wired it into the light. I also have a cigarettle lighter--> AC adpater so I can have it hooked up indoor or on my car lol. I know i can't drive with it and stuff but its just fun to have for when my and my friends sit around in the parking lot and stuff. Man I love being me and doing useless things like this. I'm especially proud since I hate wiring. period. lol
