went to the hardware store for a near air filter for the furnace, got enamored with the higher end ones, put down the correct size for the sexier, better filtering model, got home, then realized , crap its the wrong size... :bang:

alas, instead of being upset, i simply smiled knowing i'd be firing up the beast for another errand run.... ...nothing beats a clean Satin Silver on a dry, cloudy, winter day---oh the looks of admiration..

 

lol Have you noticed those quick 10 minute trips to the store now take longer and by the odometer are MUCH further away!

 

yes, lol...too funny..although..i almost got t-boned xmas eve doing that when some jacko blew his read as i was turning left---whew! close one! :scratch:

 

LOL. Nearest store is 20 minutes away. Used to hate doing that 40 minute round trip...Now I just look for excuses to go
