Well if you call an American business these days, you're lucky to get anyone on the phone (my company included). We just don't have time to answer the phones, because we're forced to "do more with less" thanks to increases in costs of living, federally mandated healthcare, no increase in wages...there you go!

I didn't speak on the phone but did send an email to a company today that I've never dealt with before. Amazingly I got a response and a 2nd follow up response from an individual that wrote very nice, polite, professional emails! When's the last time that happened! Usually the emails are short and full of bad grammar lol especially when you're dealing with a speed shop.

I remember when Big Mac's came in these and the french fries at McDonalds were off the hook good.
