I once received a warning for exhibition of acceleration... I laughed he didn't but then we got to talking and he gave me a warning.

In the '97 I get pulled over for looking at a cop in a way he doesn't approve of. Seriously, it's happened twice. Both cops were driving like *** and by looking at them as each risked colliding with my car I hurt their fragile egos so they had to exercise their authoritah... no tickets of course.
In the end, all enforcement is selective and it's about revenue, the cop's next job review, risk/effort/reward for him personally, his own prejudices/emotions, etc.

the latter....it means the opposite of the former....which in this case the former was giggling and the latter was jiggling.....I'd prefer some jiggling if I pulled her

August, 1969. Popped for street racing (5th ticket in 6 months). Taken to jail. Judge said he's going to let me choose: suspend my license for 6 months or I could enlist in the army. So I kept my license and enlisted in the army. Hello Vietnam.
