I raised my deductibles from 100 bucks to $1000. Saved me almost a thousand a year. Insurance companies want to get away from low deductibles according to my agent.

Good to know,thanks!

In other news:
Strep throat has reared its ugly head here with my kids. I better not get it.

I know you know 'cause you're a mom,but be sure to treat that Strep until it's GONE! It can lead to other problems down the road.

The boy has it as of last night. He is a PITA when he gets sick- He's the one who vomited in the mustang. and set me down the road to the lost spinner.

I do not want it- Its my most unfavorite sickness. Flu is my winter ill of choice. (You get to sleep all day, and night and people take care of you)

What a frickin week- its back in the 60s!

And the fricking dog ate my valentines cake- I went to pick my daughter up from her dance, the boy went to sleep sick, the dog stayed uncrated, Brian went to his office. Dog left alone thinks---mmmmmm cake. Red velvet heart shaped one too, I made it just for my boys.

no- no I don't. I very much like doing what I do.

Course now I feel the disease coming along. Soooooo I am not too happy about that, I am kind of busy right now to be sick.

Sorry about the cake, red velvet is such a good one! Mom makes 'em from scratch,I make 'em from a box! Kroger's Grocery store makes an OK one. Had to be one happy dog until you came home and saw what he had done! How long until that fence is up?!

a month or so..

Now the frigger has a sweet tooth- My mother came to bring the kids some stuff, he wanted the cookies badly.

I only like Birthday cake, and only the kind with sugar frosting from a bakery.

It is soooooooooo freaking nice outside today. Too bad I am stuck inside playing nurse. Plus I was asked if I could PLEASE get out of my sweats for a day or so.(men!)

2 local (Houston) weather guys say 80, 1 said 79 for the high today. It is so humid I'm tempted to turn on A/C. Weekend should be 50s high,40s low. And 30% chance of rain Sat and Sun. So-A/C one day, heat the day after!

April,
Make sure the dog does not get a hold of any chocolate. Cake, etc.

It is a poison to them. You want need the fence, just a shovel.

Just call Hope animal clinic on morgan road in Bessemer/Helena and ask about the dangers.

Neighbor lost their dog of 8 years to some chocolate valentines day candy left unattended on the coffee table while they were at work.

Not as fast as anti-freeze injestion, but just as deadly.

He's fine and stupid as ever- Of course he probably came to me brain damaged because he hit the windshield the day I got him, The cake was not chocolate, and he just got into the frosting anyhow.
My other idiot dog is too small to reach anything- If I was a celeb- I could carry him around in my arms.

WTF is going on? We went from the perfect day yesterday to the threat of an ice storm tomorrow.

I think the weathermen should have to go on the news and publicly admit they were wrong. When they usually are.

It quit raining here by 4. True it was cold as a witches but no ice storm.

This morning- Nothing....Just miserable cold.

I am MORE than ready for springtime.

We had snow yesterday, still have snow on the ground, our high was in the low 20's, and we're getting snow again tonight... Our high today is 30. And I enjoy it.

Amazing what 215 miles to the north will do.
