Iraq
ISELLFORD, Thanks for sharing....those are some cool pictures!
Here is a soldier stationed in Iraq, stationed in a big sand box. He asked his wife to send him dirt (U.S. soil), fertilizer and some grass seeds so he can have the sweet aroma and feel the grass grow beneath his feet.
If you notice, he is even cutting the grass with a pair of a scissors. Sometimes we are in such a hurry that we don't stop and appreciate the little things we take for granted.
Please say a prayer for our soldiers that give and give (and give up) so unselfishly for us.

Great pics
Its hard for those of us that have never been there to understand what each soldier is experiencing every day they are stationed there. These photos help keep them in mind, and most importantly, in prayer
Speaking of women, when my 18 months in the Gulf of Tonkin was up, I was longing to see a round eye girl after all the oriental's in many countries. Not that I have anything againdst them mind you but there's nothing like a good looking American woman [especially in the Military]. I met this Air Force medical tech at Clark AFB in the Phillipines. She was the 1st [and friendliest] American woman I had seen in a LONG time.
