Umm, no recipe needed really. Just mix up your pancake batter like normal and stir in broken up pecan pieces, as many as you'd like.

The ones at Cracker Barrel are really good (you get 3 giant ones), same goes for the pecan waffle at Waffle House.

I always put pecans in mine when we have pancakes. They're so good you can just about eat them without syrup, just smeared with (real) butter.

I've never had them. Don't know if we have pecans though and I really don't want to go out tomorrow. Would like to make them for christmas though. Haven't had pancakes in years!

Really? I make pecan pancakes with bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs for supper at least twice a month. Its a cheap, easy to cook meal that everyone loves. The pecans are basically the most expensive part for me.

And I have to have Karo pancake syrup. Best pancake syrup ever for me.

Coconut Shrimp

Can't wait for tomorrow. Christmas tradition in our house for my wife to fry up 2lbs of jumbo coconut shrimp.

If he doesn't do gluten I'm not sure he'll do pure corn syrup.

I don't know what's in it, but it the best pancake syrup ever, lol. Been eating it since I was a little boy and look how I turned out. That's all mom ever ate, dad always ate Aunt Jemimah and still does.

My folks always had some Karo and I remember white for hominy.

I like Mrs Butterworth's.
