Strawberry harvest from last night. Sitting in the fridge with sugar making its own syrup all day. Now I just need some cake.

I like the flavor alright, but its something about the texture. I'll scrape them off of strawberry shortcake and just eat the cake with the juice soaked in it and the whipped cream. But I don't normally eat it at all, just if there's some and I don't have anything else sweet.
