I thought this may be a tough one, since I likes so many tv shows, but then I gave it a little thought, and it came very easily. My three below:

X-Files (My all-time favorite show, and Scully was SMOKING HOT!!!)
24 (The most addictive show EVER. Never miss a second! Jack Bauer IS the man!!!)
MacGyver (My childhood favorite show. No guns, just brains and a stick of chewing gum to get out of any jam.)

The last choice may come in handy to help get off the island, lol.
