Anybody stand to be affected by this thing?

I'm directly in the path it'll take once it reaches shore. Then it will supposedly move up the east coast and be in central VA by Sunday, I believe.

We had a tornado here already yesterday from Tropical Storm Bonnie, and more are expected with Charlie.

Here's a crappy version of the tornado video.

Hey, thanks... I don't think'll it be that bad at all... unless a tornado comes my way. We're just under a Tropical Storm warning as of now, and rain and flooding (expecting at least 6") is probably the only thing we have to worry about.

Thanks!

They just updated the storm path and it shows Charley's eye will be directly overhead of my house at about 8:15 tonight. I'm praying for the rest of you who may be effected..

Yikes, now that's scary, mag88. It was just upgraded to a Cat 3 hurricane. Max winds of at least 120 mph. At least it's moving at 20+ mph!

This thing is a monster! I'm glad for once that I live on the East Coast of Florida during a hurricane strike!

Maybe even more... They're saying now it might leave shore just south of my house and strengthen in the Atlantic, only to hit the Carolinas all over again.

Yeah, I got nothin' from the stupid thing... just a bunch of rain, and a few occasional gusts. How could it have changed from "it's definitely going to hit Jacksonville," to "maybe it'll hit us," to "ok, it's not gonna hit us at all?" Not that I'm complaining that it missed us, but I'm a little ticked that I had to bring in all the plants and garbage cans.

On a more serious note, anybody in line with it now, be careful... it's a badder storm that it seems.
