Horse horn????

Horse horn????
Anyone ever come accross a horn that makes a horse noise? We were at an all fords show today and a car was leaving and I am assuming they had it hooked to there horn, and it was a horse whinning. It was way cool and sounded great. Was wondering if anyone knew who might make this?
