The teaser trailer for the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy film is now on-line!
The Hitchhiker's Guide, for those who don't know, is a book written by Douglas Adams based on a radio program he created by the same name. The book became a cult classic and even spawned 4 additional books in the trilogy. If you know the books you'll know why I said "trilogy" when there are five books. Well, this film has been in development heck for ages and is finally in post-production. A couple of actors in this film you may know are: Warwick Davis (Willow, an ewok in Star Wars), John Malcovich sp, and Mos Def. Those of you who have read the books will also know why, at the end of the trailer, there is a number in the top left corner made of stars. Can't wait!!!
I know Houtex knows about this, but I'm also going to assume jgsmuzzy also knows due to his point of origin.
Don't Panic!

All I can say is :
"See, see the Thief sky
Marvel at its big yellow depths.
Tell me, chris do you
Wonder why the hippo ignores you?
Why its foobly stare
makes you feel aaarrrrggghhh.
I can tell you, it is
Worried by your fomdibble facial growth
That looks like
A cheese.
What's more, it knows
Your crack potting shed
Smells of pea.
Everything under the big Thief sky
Asks why, why do you even bother?
You only charm dogss."
A bit of Vogon poetry.............. (for those in the know!!!)

One of the best parts of this is that Arthur Dent from the old BBC series, Simon Jones, will be playing a cameo role as the holographic greeting from Magrathea.

Oh freddled gruntbuggly,
Thy micturations are to me
As plurdled gabbleblotchits
On a lurgid bee.
Groop, I implore thee, my foonting turlingdromes
And hooptiously drangle me
with crinkly bindlewurdles,
Or I will rend thee in the gobberwarts with my blurglecruncheon
See if I don't.
There's some more vogon poetry for you.
But of course, we all know the worst poetry in the universe belongs to Paula Nancy Millstone Jennings of Greenbridge, Essex, England, and I quote:
The dead swans lay in the stagnent pool.
They lay. They rotted. They turned
Around occassionally.
Bits of flesh dropped off them from
Time to time.
And sank into the pool's mire.
They also smelt a great deal.
