Heroes **POSSIBLE SPOILERS INSIDE**
Is it just me, or was the end a big let down? The past 2 episodes, we're getting ready for this big clash between Sylar and Peter and then when it happens...pffft...
Sylar put Peter in the Vader choke hold and that's it. Peter doesn't do squat. Sylar does all the power abuse. Throws Bennet. Throws Matt's own bullets back at him. Only when Niki come in and knocks the crap outta Syalr, does Peter then come in a punch him a few times. WTH?! Throw the guy around with the powers!!!
And what is up with Niki? Not that I didn't mind her taking the meter and smacking down Sylar, but she didn't know what was going down. From her perspective, two guys were duking it out. She never had any contact with Sylar. So she just arbitrarily beats up on one of the two guys?
*sigh* Hiro was the only one that did anything, IMO.
I'm ready for "Volume 2"... but dang, was I let down by the final battle.
Oh...and is Nathan dead? Or did he just take Peter to altitude and got the heck outta dodge? And why didn't Peter just fly himself???

Nope it wasn't just you... I expected something alittle more grand for the big showdown.
I actually really liked the episode! They could have done more with the Peter vs. Sylar fight, but oh well.
Peter was unable to fly because he was concentrating sooo much on trying to not blow up. If he started flying, he would have surely lost it and blown everyone up.
Nathan flying his brother up in air and sacrificing himself was freaking awesome. Nathan better not have survived that, it would so kick the air out of the whole scene.
Exactly like when Jean Grey was "resurrected" after the Death of Phoenix.

Yeah...I was expecting some "Matix esque" fighting sequences and it never happend. There are huge holes in this show....the questions you asked will never get answered. The writers just expect you watch and be amazed and never ask....SO......Is Silar really dead? Who does Molly not want to find? The biggest question I always had was from like the 2nd episode when Claire was autopsied, and just walked out of the place.
1.) they would have identifed, and notified the parents before any cutting happened.
2.) no followup of a dead body missing from the ME's office.

I questioned Peter not flying off too, but it does make sense he was concentrating too hard to do both. I was also disappointed with the fight, and I'm not sure why Sylar was so easy for Hiro to get to this time (with the yelling and running at him from 20 feet away), but he could've still been disoriented from the hit with the parking meter.
Not so sure I like the fact that he got away down the manhole cover, but then they have to have a villian next season.
The whole scene in the past with the guy in the wheel chair was interesting too, I'm not sure if he was imagining it all, if he was invisible, if the guy in the chair had some power allowing him to talk to people across time, or what.
The Samurai on the horse that Hiro saw in the past looked a lot like his dad to me, too. That will be interesting to see.

Are you guys sure it was Sylar himself who got through the manhole?
I think he got dragged
As for Molly talking about a person she doesnt want to look for, because he is able to look back at her... SCARY... I bet that person is going to be the next villain the Heroes have to battle against. Maybe this person draggerd Sylar through the manhole
As for the samurai looking like Hiro's dad... maybe it is his dad, or maybe it is just his great great great great grandfather. Immortality would be a cool power though lol.

I kinda figured that since Peter aquires so many powers, he had Hiro's power and time-jumped there partially when he blacked out. But, at the same time, how did Bennet snap him out of the present?
